At Hedz, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. When you book an appointment you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Our goal is to provide quality hairdressing to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff but other clients as well. So we ask that you call us at 04 564 7074 at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel otherwise a non refundable deposit fee will apply the next time you book an appointment with us. Cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.
